Corrections to color data

If a color number, name or equivalent looks wrong, send us the page address, the brand and color code, and what you compared it with: a physical color card, the label on a skein or bead bag, or another chart. Screen colors are approximations of dyed thread and plastic, so a comparison against the real product is the most useful report. Confirmed errors are fixed in the palette data, which corrects every color page, conversion chart and the pattern maker at once.

Pro and the founder price

Pro is not on sale yet, so there is nothing to pay or refund today. If you reserved the founder price, you will get one e-mail when Pro opens. To have your address removed from that list, write to us once the contact address is published on this page. Once Pro is on sale it will be stored in the browser you buy it in, because the site has no accounts.

Before you write

Many questions are answered on the how it works page (how colors are matched and skeins estimated), the pricing page (what Pro includes) and in the privacy policy (what is and is not collected). You can also try the pattern maker again. If a chart looks off, first check that the right palette is selected (DMC, Anchor, Madeira or a bead brand), then try fewer colors or a stronger confetti cleanup: most surprises come from those settings rather than from the color data.
