What this Artkal mini bead pattern maker makes
Artkal C-series beads are 2.6 mm minis with their own C-prefixed codes. The C range is large for a mini bead line, so photos can keep gradients that would band with a smaller palette.
The preset starts at 56 beads wide and 16 colors. A 2.6 mm bead makes a 100-bead portrait only about 26 cm wide.

- Use tweezers with a fine tip; mini beads slip out of wide ones.
- Close shades from a big palette can be hard to tell apart; label trays with the chart symbols.
- The color pages for Artkal S list the nearest Perler and Hama colors if you want to mock up a design at 5 mm.

Frequently asked questions
Can I make an Artkal mini bead pattern from a picture?
Yes. Upload the picture, choose the width and the color limit, and the tool converts it to Artkal C-series colors with a bead count per code.
How big are Artkal C beads?
Artkal C-series beads are 2.6 mm, about half the 5 mm S-series size.
