Refund policy

No payment is taken on FlossGrid yet: the "Get Pro" button only reserves the founder price on the early-access list, so there is nothing to refund today. This page describes how refunds will work once Pro is on sale, so the rules are clear before anyone pays.

Our promise

Once Pro is on sale, the same promise applies to every purchase: If Pro does not do what you need, ask through the contact page within 14 days of your purchase for a full refund.

How to ask for a refund

Once Pro is on sale, the contact page will show where to send a request, and Link support will be able to refund a purchase it sold.

How the money comes back

When Pro opens, it will be sold through Link, Stripe's reseller, as the merchant of record: Link will take the payment, send the receipt and handle the sales tax or VAT, which will be included in the price. The charge will appear on the card statement as LINK.COM* DELJAN BREGASI. A refund will therefore go back through Link to the original payment method, for the full amount paid, including the tax that was part of the price, and Link will e-mail a confirmation.

Link's buyer protection

Link will also run its own refund process for purchases sold through it, for example when something paid for did not arrive or does not work as described. It is explained on Link's refund help page and will come on top of the promise above, not instead of it.

A charge you do not recognise

Nothing from FlossGrid appears on card statements today, because nothing is charged. Once Pro is on sale, anyone who sees LINK.COM* DELJAN BREGASI without having bought Pro will be able to ask Link support, or the address on the contact page, to look into it.

Who runs FlossGrid

Operated by Deljan Bregasi, Salem, Massachusetts, USA. Link will sell Pro on the operator's behalf and handle the payment. Questions about this policy go through the contact page.
